Okay, Day 2. Other than the horrible misfortune with the new scale, this busy day went fine. My target number is still the same: 80. I trod 5366 steps (so far) including a spin on the treadmill this morning. Consumed today: 2 eggs, 4 oz strip steak, toast, 5 pieces sushi, 5 pieces sashimi, one bite of tempura, cup of miso soup, grapes. Dinner was homemade shrimp tacos with shrimp, lettuce, pico de gallo, avocado and plain greek yoghurt standing in for crema. Drank lots of water and one cup of coffee. Tomorrow I am off to Louisville for 3 days to show dogs. We’ll see how my new regime holds up in that atmosphere. Good night!
